A SPIRITUAL SLUMBER

All of what’s happening in today’s world should tell us that the RETURN of the KING of KINGS and LORD of LORDS is at hand. And JESUS, is about to burst the Eastern sky. The question needs to be asked: are the Preacher’s and Teacher’s we listen to week after week putting us into a “spiritual slumber”. Are they Preparing us for the Coming of the LORD? So, Is the CHURCH of GOD ready for the coming KING? When we see the CHURCH, becoming more of an entertainment center, and we see more and more of the WORLD’S standards being accepted and practiced by the CHURCH, can we truly say that the CHURCH is not in a “Spiritual Slumber”? Either we don’t know, or we have forgotten, that when we go to CHURCH, GOD is the AUDIENCE, and WE have ALL come, to WORSHIP HIM. The BIBLE tells us “But the LORD [is] in HIS HOLY TEMPLE: let all the earth keep silence before HIM” HABAKKUK 2:20. So then, are the Minister’s of the gospel being faithful to there call? GOD calls the Minister’s to “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine” 2 TIMOTHY 4:2. So, As earth’s history begins to close we need in the cause of GOD spiritual-minded Minister’s and Laymen who are firm in principle, and Minister’s who have a clear understanding of the TRUTH. Today, more then ever before we all need that SPIRIT of discernment. So That we would know if we are LIVING the way JESUS wants us to LIVE.
