Today, as we watch the news, read the daily news paper, and listen to the news by way of radio, it is all saying to us, this world in which we live, is rapping up: “And he (JESUS)… will come, and (HE)…will not tarry”. HEBREWS 10:37. Just before “the Saviour of all men” return back to heaven: “HIS disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what [shall be] the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? And “JESUS SAID” some of the sign’s to look for just before my return would be: famines, pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places”. MATTHEW 24:3,7. Where JESUS predictions correct? Yes! But today, most of us are watching, reading, and hearing the News and we go right along as if it is business as usual, never once stopping to ask; why are these things taking place? Could it be, we are to busy to read our bibles? If we find ourselves to busy to read the manual, which is the gospel of JESUS CHRIST! You are not alone! This to, took place in the days of JESUS. One day “JESUS SAID” to His Servant: “A certain man made a great supper, and bade many… to “Come; saying all things are now ready. And they all with one [consent] began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground… Another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen…And another said, I have married a wife”… LUKE 14:20. What is our excuse? What ever it is, we must ask the LORD to take it away, so we can be ready for the coming of the LORD! But you say, are famines really a Sign HIS coming? It is said that: “More than 25,000 people die of starvation every day, more than 800 million people are chronically undernourished. On average, every five seconds a child dies from starvation. Next up, Pestilences, it is said that: “worldwide, between 2.8 and 3.5 million people with AIDS died in 2004”. Last but not least, earthquakes, on October 8, 2005, A massive earthquake killed more than 20,000 and left at least 43,000 injured in Pakistan alone. And “JESUS SAID” All these [are] the beginning of sorrows. But Based all on that’s taking place, we can rest assured that JESUS is there with HIS children!!!
