THOU SHALT NOT KILL PT.4

Ever since the killing at the prison, not one week has pass with-out something being said or written in the news media about the death penalty. Some of those making the news are the Ministers of the gospel who also are crying out aloud saying it time to take the lives of the men and women on death-row. But it would appear that these Ministers have “amnesia” in other words “a loss of memory.” Because these Ministers are the ones that told us: “…whosoever shall keep the whole LAW, and yet offend in one [point]{of the law}, he {or she}is guilty of {breaking }all{the LAW}. JAMES 2:10. And: “by the “LAW” [is] the knowledge of SIN.” ROMANS 3:20. And: …the wages of sin [is] death {they say}” ROMANS 6:23. But Ministers, Church Members and the people of the nation are saying, don’t worry about what the bible say government leaders “KILL” those on death-row, because if you do, GOD will not look at you as breaking the LAW that says: “Thou shalt not kill” EXODUS 20:13. Reason being is, those that are say this are playing with words. They say murder is not killing and killing is not murder. Because when the bible says: “Thou shalt not kill” it means: “Thou shalt not Murder”. But when you look these up in the dictionary the word Kill means: “to cause something living to die.” The word Murder means: “to kill another person deliberately.” Then there are some that say: “the government can kill those on death row; because they have the right to take the law in to their own hand!” But is this true? Is the government above the LAW of GOD? NO! And if the government thinks so, they need to think again! The Bible tells us: “WE shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.” ROMANS 14:10. Meaning, when it comes to SIN: “…God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he {or she} that feareth GOD, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with GOD”. ACTS 10:35. But you say GOD gives the government the right to execute “Vengeance” which is punishment that is inflicted in return for a wrong. The apostle Paul tells us: “Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but [rather] give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance [is] mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.” ROMANS 12:19. JESUS told us there will be days like this! There was a time, Ministers, government leaders, church members and some of the people this nation believe what JESUS said; but now that the word of GOD is coming to pass, they do not want to stand on the sure word of GOD anymore. As I talk to people from all walks of life about the death penalty being carried out, I asked them this question and today I will ask you the same: if the government asks you to go on death row and hang those that are there, will you do it? Just about everyone I asked told me, NO! That’s the government Job, they say! Let the blood be on the government hands and not mine, they say! I think more than ever before we need too be reminded that, the nation of the world is in unrest. Times of perplexity are upon us! And like JESUS said: Men's hearts are failing them for fear of the things that are coming upon the earth”. LUKE 21:26. But those who believe in God will hear His voice amid the storm and the killing, saying: “Be of good cheer; it is I {JESUS}; be not afraid” MATTHEW 14:27. So let not our hearts be trouble, people, because the Strange and eventful history is being recorded in the books of heaven, events which it was declared should shortly precede the great day of God and because of this everything in the world is in an unsettled state and JESUS said: “All these [are] the beginning of sorrows”. MATTHEW 24:8. So be encourage, that Christ has given signs of His coming. HE declares that we may know when HE is near, even at the doors. HE says of those who see these signs, this generation shall not pass, till all these things are fulfilled. Remember: Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love [is] the fulfilling of the “LAW”!!!
