Controlling Diabetes
High fiber diet, complex carbohydrates, minimum raw fruit, preferably the berries, grapefruit, apples, & loads of vegetables, which are FREE foods
Protein should be from vegetable source, grains & legumes, lentils, garbanzos, kidney, black beans
These normalize blood sugar - berries, brewers yeast, garlic, kelp, soybeans, green leafy vegetables
Avoid all white products, flour, sugar, minimum salt, all dairy, fish & oil supplements

Juicing and Diabetes
A combination of carrot, celery, and parsley, juice, with the juice of either, string beans, cabbage, or brussel sprouts, is recommended, using the carrot and celery in equal portions, or 1\3 carrot 2\3 celery. It is best to start with small portions, one glass full a day and increase it to 2 quarts per day.
