In PT.6, I shared with you that, before the children of God can be-apart of that beautiful journey “From Earth to Heaven,” “The 7 Last Plagues; of Revelation 16, the world-wide National Sunday Law; of Revelation 13, the Man of Sin; of 2 Thessalonians 2:3, the Great Tribulation; of Matthew 24:21; Daniel 12:1, the Mark of the Beast; of Revelation 14:9 and the Everlasting Gospel; of Revelation 14:7” must become, and it will become, a reality! Ending in the fulfillment of all the events listed, being totally fulfilled! Then, “He (the saviour of the world) …will come, and (He) will not tarry.” HEBREWS 10:37. But, ‘IF’ Jesus were able to come today what would it be like? For there many teachings on how this most awesome/sobering event will be played-out. Hence, many are in a state of confusion saying and doing things like the “Dark Ages” still exist and Bibles; aren’t plentiful! So what does the Bible say would take place ‘IF,’ Jesus were to come; today? The Bible tells us that, there will be four groups of people on the earth, when Jesus returns to take His children back to heaven! Who are they? They are, the “living wicked, and the dead wicked,” the “living righteous, and the dead righteous.” Out of these four groups, ‘Two,’ will be taken, and the others left. For the Bible tells US: “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the ‘dead in Christ’ shall ‘rise first:’ Then we which are ‘alive’ [and] remain shall be ‘caught up together’ with them in the clouds, to ‘meet the Lord (were?) in the air:’ and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore, (states the apostles Paul) comfort one another with these words.” What then, will become of the wicked ones? The apostles Paul wrote what would be the fate of the living wicked when Jesus returns, for he said: “And then shall that (living) ‘Wicked be revealed,’ whom the Lord shall ‘consume with the spirit of his mouth,’ and shall ‘destroy (living wicked) with the brightness of his coming.” 2 THESSALONIANS 2:3. Based on that sobering fact, that John the revelator penned these words: “Blessed and holy [is] he (or she) that hath part in the ‘first resurrection:’ on such the ‘second death’ hath ‘NO’ power, but they (the living righteous, and the resurrected dead righteous) shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall ‘reign’ with ‘him a thousand years.” Hence: “…the rest of the (wicked) dead (who did not come up in the first resurrection) lived not again until the thousand years were finished.” REVELATION 20:6, 5. The ‘living wicked’ who were ‘destroyed by the brightness’ of Jesus’ coming will remain dead on the face of the earth for one thousand years. This sad event will fulfill the prophecy written by the prophet Jeremiah when he said: “Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth. And the ‘SLAIN of the LORD’ shall be at that ‘day’ from ‘[one] end of the earth even unto the [other] end of the earth:’ they shall not be ‘lamented (express grief or sorrow,)’ neither ‘gathered,’ nor ‘buried;’ they shall be ‘dung’ upon the ‘ground.” JEREMIAH 25:31-33. Hence, thousands upon thousands, of people will be ‘dead’ upon the earth, ‘from every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,’ and for the first time, there will be no-one alive to express grief or sorrow, for them! Hence, the lost will not be gathered, nor buried, for all their love ones are now dead; or, they are in heaven! This, my friend, is a most ‘Sobering reality check!’ This sobering event; is going to be a bitter sweet monument for many, for their love-ones are lost forever! But, the saved will be able to see and read that the heavenly host did all they could have done to saved their lost love-ones, and that’s a fact! Therefore, the Apostle Paul wrote: “Do ye not know that the ‘saints’ shall judge the world/wicked? Know ye not that we shall judge angels/the evil angels?”1 CORINTHIANS 6:2, 3. But, before this can take place: “we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things [done] in [his] body, according to that he hath done, whether [it be] good or bad.” 2 CORINTHIANS 5:10. Friend, are YOU ready to stand before the ‘judgment seat of Christ?’ Better yet, am I ready to stand, there? For I’m reminded, of the words spoken by the apostle Paul, when he said: “…I (Paul) have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.” Sobering; Isn’t?
