In this writing, we will continue to dig a-little-deeper into earth’s most sobering topic “From Earth; to Heaven!” Sobering because, it’s ‘in this life’ that ALL must be READY, for this once in a life time heavenly experience, which, will only be enjoyed by the ‘saints’ of God! Saints; who were able to“...keep the commandments of God…” while being empowered by, “…the faith of Jesus…” REVELATION 14:12. Hence, bring to a fulfillment, the words spoken by the lovely Jesus, which are: “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also.” JOHN 14:1-3. These saints, “overcame (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; who loved not their lives unto the death” REVELATION 12:11. Thus, the ‘SAINTS’ lived and reigned with Jesus for thousand years; in heaven! But, when the thousand years were over, and their work in heaven came to an-end; Jesus, and all of the holy angels, and the redeemed saints, will return back to this earth. Then, in terrible, fearful majesty, Jesus called forth the wicked dead; those who were ‘destroy with the brightness of his coming,’ and those who did not come up from ‘the grave in the first resurrection.’ These wicked ones; will come up with their same feeble, sickly bodies! What a spectacle! What a scene! Then, for the first time in earth’s history, ‘EVERYONE’ who ever lived on the face of the earth, will be alive! Yes my friend, the ‘SAINTS’ will be in “the Holy City/the New Jerusalem,” and the “Wicked’ will be on the ‘outside of the holy city.” Therefore, John the revelator said: “Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the ‘first’ resurrection: on such the ‘second’ death hath no power…” REVELATION 20:6. In other words, there’s ‘no-second-chance’ in which ONE can ‘receive eternal life!’ NONE! Nevertheless, in that day: Many (so-call Christians) will say to (Jesus) in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will (Jesus) profess unto them, I ‘NEVER’ knew you: depart from me, YE that ‘work iniquity.” MATTHEW 7:22, 23. But their plea; is ‘Too Late!’ What a bitter/sweet moment this will be, for the ‘SAINTS’ will be able to see the ‘WICKED’ and the ‘WICKED’ will be able to see the ‘SAINTS!’ WHAT? How can this be? John the revelator; tells US: “And the building of the ‘WALL’ of (which surrounded the Holy City/the New Jerusalem) was [of] jasper: and the city [was] pure gold, like unto ‘CLEAR GLASS.” REVELATION 21:18. It is this, that makes it so heart-wrenching, bitter/sweet, and sobering! For, “…the children of the kingdom (those who Jesus died for) shall be cast out into outer darkness: (why? they loved SIN more than Jesus, and) there shall be ‘weeping and gnashing of teeth.” MATTHEW 24:51. Soon after, the words first spoken and penned by the prophet Isaiah, and later by the apostle Paul will be fulfilled: “[As] I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.” ROMANS 14:11. But, the ‘lost’ bowed and confess “TOO-LATE!” Yes my friend, “TOO-LATE” for the judgment is over; and there will be cases were whole families will be saved, and whole families lost. Then, there will be cases were the husband is lost, and the wife is saved, or, vice versa. Or maybe, both husband and wife are lost, and their children are saved. This will be, a ‘terrible ordeal!’ But each of the lost can’t say; they weren’t forewarned. During this time, Satan, is still at work for: “when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, (and straightway he goes) out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them (the lost) together to battle: the ‘number’ of whom [is] as the ‘sand of the sea.’ And they (Satan, his angels and the wicked) went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and ‘fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.” REVELATION 20:8. Hence, if OUR names are not found written in the book of life, we will be cast into the lake of fire. Then, the saints of the most High will: “…sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous [are] thy works, Lord God Almighty; ‘just and true [are] thy ways,’ thou King of saints.” REVELATION 15:3. Is your name written in the book of life? Better yet; is my name, written there! This is; lives most sobering reality check!
