Today, our journey in search of “The False Prophets, In the World,” continues. Were you ever watching TV, or maybe listening to the radio, when they said, we interrupt this program to bring you a special “News Bulletin?” Yes my friends, I’m sure you have, and could I say, 9 times out of 10, these “News Bulletins” do-not bring ‘good news, but bad news.’ I think about the Tsunami disaster, which killed more than 150,000 people and left 5 million homeless. How about the morning of September 11, 2001, when four U.S. planes hijacked by terrorists crashed into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people in a matter of hours. Behind the staggering number of deaths are the individuals, each of whom left behind family, friends and co-workers! These two events; left the world in a state of ‘mourning!’ But, I have yet to see or hear of a special “News Bulletin” identifying “The False Prophets, In the World!” In fact, we have heard about Cyber Crime, White Collar Crime, Sex Crime, but never have we heard about ‘Pastoral Crime!’ Yes my friend, ‘Pastoral Crime’ is one of the leading ‘Crime Networks’ in our world today! Hence, millions of our Brothers and Sisters are being led down a path, which will lead them too ‘eternal ruin.’ But how could this be? When, Pastor’s are called of GOD to “Preach the word!” It’s because their trumpet is giving an uncertain sound, and GOD’S children are unprepared, for battle! But friends it should not be this way, because our world’s best selling book is ‘The Word of GOD. The question is my friend, are you ‘studying’ IT? For remember, surface readers are anchored nowhere, and in the end, they will be like shifting sand. In fact, “A double minded man (says James) [is] unstable in all his ways.” JAMES 1:8. Could this be why many who say they are called of GOD to do HIS work, say and do things that are not based on the word of GOD? I think about our brother and friend Pastor Benny Hinn, who is on record saying and doing thing’s that have left many asking, is this the way GOD will have it to be? For many have asked, what do you think about Benny Hinn? Well, for the next few lines, let us put Pastor Hinn’s ministry, under the ‘magnifying glass,’ of The HOLY SCRIPTURES. In 1989, at his New Year's Eve church service Benny Hinn said: “The Spirit tells me – “Fidel Castro will die” - in the 90's.” Well my friends, it’s the year 2007, and the latest report out of Cuba is, Fidel Castro is “battling for his life” which means, ‘the breath of life is still in his nostrils,’ and he’s much alive. Let us pray that, if these are the closing moments of the life of Fidel Castro, that if he hasn’t already surrendered his heart to GOD, he will, Amen! For GOD died, for Castro too! Let us look back on Pastor Hinn’s predictions. Now that the 90’s has passed and Castro is still lives, which ‘spirit’ do you think was it, that told Pastor Hinn, Castro will die in the 90’s? I’m sure it’s not the Holy Spirit. For JESUS said: “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth…” JOHN 16:13. Benny Hinn also said: “The Lord also tells me to tell you in the mid 90's, about '94-'95, no later than that, God will destroy the homosexual community of America. [Audience applauds] But He will not destroy it - with what many minds have thought Him to be, He will destroy it with fire. And many will turn and be saved, and many will rebel and be destroyed.” Well my friends, 12 years later, and the homosexual community of America, is still waiting to be destroyed by fire! What went wrong my friends? Why weren’t these homosexuals burnt-up? Who’s bearing false report here, the Lord, or Benny Hinn? I tell you the truth my friends, it is Pastor Hinn, himself! For the Bible tells US: “God…cannot lie…” TITUS 1:2. Amazed my friends? Don’t be, for this lying in the name of the LORD is nothing new. For we were forewarned by the prophet Ezekiel when he wrote: “How long shall [this] be in the heart of the prophets that prophecy lies? Yea, [they are] prophets of the deceit of their own heart.” EZEKIEL 23:26. What makes the case of Pastor Benny Hinn so sad and serious is, he is well loved, highly respected, and his influence, is very great! Not only this, he will be in our home-town (the Bahamas) next month, what lying prophesies will he be bringing with him this time, my friends? Next week, GOD’S willing; we will look at more of the lies of Benny Hinn!
