Today I will share with you, how JESUS went about leading Me to repentance. After running from the Saviour for 13 years I was where I was suppose to be… and to this day I still can’t remember what the Sermon was about, but one thing I do remember, I was told Pastor C D Brooks was going to be in town for the weekend, and the Spirit of the LORD said, GO, and I did, not knowing the message He was going to Preach, was sent from heaven just for Me… if no One else. When I got to the meeting, there was only standing room left, so I found a place at the back of the auditorium. I can still hear his opening remarks, brothers and sisters, good evening, I am so happy to be here, but before we get into the message let us pray. When prayer was over, He said, the topic of today’s MESSAGE is...FRIENDLY FIRE. After speaking for about 15 minutes Pastor Brooks stop and said, for you who don’t know what the term FRIENDLY FIRE means let me explain, He said, if a group of us was to go to war and one of us were to shoot the other by accident there will be no charges brought to the person that did the shooting because it was not intentional. Today, some of you here also stand as victims of FRIENDLY FIRE, simply by walking away from the way you was brought up, and while on the run with friends some of you lost a leg, your arm, and some got AIDS, all because of friends. Then He said and with all of these the LORD will still forgive you if you repent and turn to him today. However, remember He said, it will not be until the LORDS return the second time, that the leg and arm will be replace, and for you who may have gotten AIDS, although you may die from AIDS, the good news is there will be no more AIDS when the earth is renewed. Just a few weeks before that message I had just taken an AIDS test. I still remember the day when the nurse brought the results. I praised GOD today, that the results were negative. You see I was with friends and the so-call FRIENDLY FIRE didn’t get me, why did JESUS do this for NO GOOD PAUL? WHY? As I look back it was because of the “longsuffering of GOD, not willing that any should perish”, 2 PETER 3:9 and I had JESUS…Suffering-long. Today I tell FATHER, SON and SPIRIT, Sorry… for the Pain I cause them. What about You???
